Day 25. (Day 4)

Breakfast: A glass of HL milk.  
Lunch : vegetable soup.  2 tomato, baby carrot, baby corn, half broccoli. One big bowl
Fridays cooking day.  Tofu kang for dinner.. Sharing with bf.
After 3 days of vege n fruit..  Finally I'm having chicken.. Not in the diet list though..
Finale a glass of HL milk..

    1. i added too many water this time .. the first time i cooked it was thick enough .. if add sharkfin should b ok
