Day 20. What a boring Sunday..

For breakfast I had broccoli and king mushroom. Simple and delicious.
Lunch my mom tapau vegetarian rice for me from the temple. Rice and flour... Must be a lot of calorie here...
Dinner yong tau foo.  
Snack. Oreo chocolate biscuits

Day19.

Breakfast. Macaroni with corn n cherry tomatoes. Salt n pepper to taste. Nice nice
Lunch . King mushroom and broccoli.  Oh my favorite vege and shroom.
Shit.. Thinking of the taste of it now and I'm feeling hungry already... I must eat this again tomorrow..

Dinner outside.  Lychee soda and fried beef hor fun.  Wow it's been like ages I never eat beef noodle..  And the taste was good too..

Day 18. Cooking Day

Breakfast i had macaroni with egg, broccolis and corns.. dash of salt and pepper and it taste good.  good for me and joseph. 
For dinner, i cooked spiral pasta with eggs, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and corns.. with salt n pepper to taste and some oil...  i think it tasted so so .. as the pasta's kinda soft.. and the taste was kinda boring or should i say pale..
maybe i should try cooking it one time before i cook it for my bf .. 
but still he say its ok .. well i think he will always say ok when i cook for him.. hehe
 oh.. and he was saying the he wan to eat jelly for quite sometime already .. so i made jellies too..
and his favourite drink is strawberry smoothie..  i tried to make it few days back ..  and it was a success few days back as i added 2 teaspoon of sugar in half lemon, 5 strawberries and 1/4 of silken tofu and vanilla essence to taste..
but it wasnt sweet enough today .. coz  i double up the ingredients and use also 2 teaspoons of sugar..  sigh... 


After dinner went for movies and had a packet of popcorn and 7up!!  and a can of cincau.

Day 17.

I need to go kl and Louise was free so she accompanied me.  
For breakfast I had Pan mee and a glass of iced milo.
No lunch today as it was a late breakfast..  So I had Lemonade Freeze.  Which was really nice and I'm gonna try it at home nx week..
Dinner I had 10 sticks of satay and half portion of char kuey teow..  
End of today's food blog.

Day 16.

Breakfast was full and fattening.. I had Bakuteh in Klang.  

Dinner..  I always love to eat tofukang so I thought, why not try it out? 
Found a few recipes online but I picked this one

I don really fancy mushroom so I only put chicken and crabsticks. 

And it taste not bad after all..  I give myself a 8/10.  Hehe
Except I think I should use crabmeat instead of crabsticks. And I added a lil chicken stock.( just in case I forgot the recipe or I wanna cook it again)
And I should have added vinegar for the finishing touch so it might taste like the one I had in Klang.. Coz I realize theres no vinegar at home... 
Mom say it taste ok but lack of vinegar..  ((((Louise remind me to buy vinegar nx week))))
After dinner I tried another new recipe for Friday nite as I ll be cooking again..  It's a surprise for my bf.. So I won't b posting it here now.. Hehe..

Day 15. Gym and night market day

Breakfast cereals as usual..

1450pm Gym

Cycling 40 minutes
Glute 20 x 3 sets 15kg
Hip adduction 20 x 3 sets 25kg
Hip abduction 20 x 3 sets 25 kg
Tricep press 20 x 3 sets 15kg
Tricep ext 15 x 3 sets (dumbbell 3)
Stepper 10 minutes
Plank  20 counts x 3 sets 
Sauna 10 minutes


Good news.. I lost a lil weight..heheh lighter then last week


I think this is funny.. Hehe

1900pm to the night Market..  Had curry mee, Takoyaki and fried chicken drumstick...  But I think I'm not satisfy enough as the fried chicken wasn't hot and crunchy enough.. What a waste of quota.. 
Louise!! I didn't appreciate that fried chicken !!

Day 14. Just diet

It's groceries day with Louise.  No idea why there r lots of ppl at NSK today..  Need to queue to weighing counter..

After shopping for groceries went back to my place for breakfast lunch and movie. 

Breakfast : corn flakes.  It won't change til I finish the cereal or raisins.

Lunch : Miau Ba Thu ( some Thai local food that my sis in law usually eat ).
Although I don really fancy fish but I like de combination of the vege, fish, noodle and most important the homemade chilli..  

Dinner : macaroni and a glass of HL chocolate milk.  Macaroni with salt n pepper = boring.  Maybe I will put macaroni in my salad list.. To mix with broccoli.. Instead of having it as a main dish

Day 13. Eat and Ride

Sunday..  Normally offday.. i will be either extremely free at home or will be going out to ride with my bf and his friend. 

woke up 6am in the morning today .. 
Breakfast at Karak old town.  Wantan Noodle (sharing) and a milo kosong ice.  ahh simple and nice~

Ride was ok .. places that we went r so far so good..  except for the sun ..  kinda hot today .. 




Emm... i don know.. i think frog and toads are kinds cute.. so i took a picture..  2 pictures hehe


Lunch was delicious..  River Prawns, Spring Roll, Brinjal, Tofu..  Sharing ofcoz..  oh ... and a plate of rice... and also sarsi...  lol.. hot la the weather..




Riding was fun and yet tiring..  

Had overnite Spaghetti with olive oil and a mushroom soup for dinner ..

Day 12. Day off

Suppose to go to the gym but niece came over so I just stick home..

Dinner was heavy .. McD. Sharing ofcoz..

Not gonna post much as I already off the lights n gonna zz early..  Riding tomorrow .  Yay!!

Day 11. Cooking for fun day

Not going to the gym today coz am cooking for my bf..

Early Dinner.  Bruschetta, salad, spaghetti
I think it tasted so so... 

I had some chickpeas, raisins and chocolates for snacks..

Hip abduction(inner) 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Hip abduction(outer) 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Tricep press 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Tricep extension 15kg 10 x 3 sets
Abdominal 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Cycling 10 minutes

While I was cycling for finale, I told my bf I did a lot of exercise and he drew me this

Oh.. Good news.. My bf is going to diet together with me... So that means no heavy meals..  Unless its sharing.. 
So sometimes when we feel like eating something fattening we can still have it as we will b sharing it.  Yay

Day 9. Leisure walk day at the park

Louise say "let's jog tomorrow"
So there we are.. Jogging or shall I say walking leisurely, taking pics and videos..



after 30 minutes walk.. we went for breakfast..  well i think its my second round breakfast

2nd round .  Roti kosong and 2 sirap ais.

Was extremely sleepy so I took a nap for an hour or less while Louise is doing her own stuff.. 
We promised that we must do some exercise at home today so we did a short 7 minutes workout..

Broccoli salad as usual

Dinner
Cornflake - half portion.
