Day 15. Gym and night market day

Breakfast cereals as usual..

1450pm Gym

Cycling 40 minutes
Glute 20 x 3 sets 15kg
Hip adduction 20 x 3 sets 25kg
Hip abduction 20 x 3 sets 25 kg
Tricep press 20 x 3 sets 15kg
Tricep ext 15 x 3 sets (dumbbell 3)
Stepper 10 minutes
Plank  20 counts x 3 sets 
Sauna 10 minutes


Good news.. I lost a lil weight..heheh lighter then last week


I think this is funny.. Hehe

1900pm to the night Market..  Had curry mee, Takoyaki and fried chicken drumstick...  But I think I'm not satisfy enough as the fried chicken wasn't hot and crunchy enough.. What a waste of quota.. 
Louise!! I didn't appreciate that fried chicken !!

  1. yea...fried chicken is suppose to be juicy hot!! but before eat, have to plan exercise to offset the fat tomorrow hehe....
    diet...not only will appreciate fried chicken, kononnya meat also...like the curry meat of Indian rice...:p
