Day 27. (Day 6)

Relaxing Sunday.  Oh I had strawberry sundae last nite hehe.. 

This morning I had vege soup as usual and also a little bit of rice as its in the diet menu.  Finally I get to eat rice.. But no touching feeling though..
Tomorrow will be the last day of my diet.  I don expect that I will shed 5 pound coz I ve been eating snickers a day ago n strawberry sundae. 

Oh well.  At least I know that i can go vegan for almost a week. Hehe

Dinner.  Salad and soup.  Both veges

Day 26. (Day 5)

It's Saturday today..  Supposingly going for bike ride but I didn't follow my bf coz I need to go vegan for few more days..  

For breakfast I had salad.  Broccoli, onion, cherry tomato, raisins.
Oh...  Last nite bf bought orange juice. Buy 2 cartons of orange juice and get a snickers for free.  As Mars chocolate bar is my favorite, the snickers sure look tempting.. So I ate a bar..  Felt so regret after that so I did some exercise.. Hehe
Lunch.  Vege soup.  Corns, big tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, onion.  
I had a watermelon.  Cut in pieces and divided it to 2 meals. 
Dinner was the same soup too as I cooked the ingredients with 3 bowls of water..

Day 24. (Day 3)

So.. Third day today for the 7 days diet..

although im not having meat and not adding oil to my foods but i feel good..  oh i feel so proud and happy for myself hehe..  except i don dare to go to the gym as im worried that i will be craving for food...

Breakfast.  Vegetable soup.  cabbage, tomato, fuzzy melon, garlic.  salt and lemon juice.. taste like nothing.. hahahha maybe i add too many water.. but its full coz i ate the vegetables
Lunch.  had almost 1/2 watermelon..  so sweet.  and i use the white part of the watermelon as mask for my face.. ahh so cooling.. i like watermelons..  
around 5 ish i had broccoli and king mushroom with a few baby corns..  boiled with the remaining soup i cooked earlier.. hoping that it would add taste to the soup later.. 
Dinner.  Soup again.. 2 bowls..  oh so full.. full of water...

Day 23. (Day 2)

It's my second day of the 7 days Diet.  I feel better than yesterday as I don feel moody anymore..

My breakfast:  broccoli, king mushroom, and holland pea.  All boiled. No oil.  Salt n pepper.  Taste good
In the afternoon my bf came to find me for lunch..  
He had McD and I was sitting beside him.  Kinda tempting coz he had strawberry sundae too..  I just looked at him.. Hahahahah how pity..  So since I can't eat any of it.. I told him I'm gonna sniff all the fries..  He laughed and said that I look like hungry ghost that sniff the foods..
 oh.. and its Joseph 's birthday today so we tapau KFC back home for them to eat..  I took out the chicken from the box and I m so good that I didn't even lick my fingers after I touch the chicken.. 
Ahh.. My favorite kid Joseph
For lunch I had my favorite broccoli and king mushroom, with cherry tomatoes and baby carrots.  Boiled n seasoned with salt and pepper.
Dinner : broccoli, holland pea, baby carrots, baby corns. i think for the entire week i wont add any oil in my foods..  and I realize I don really like baby carrots ..
and i also boiled a potato... and i cant finish it.. too full..

Day 22. (Day 1)

It's my first day of the diet..
Today is All Fruit Day.
I was thinking yesterday before I start,  how hard could it be? I can have oranges, kiwi, strawberry, and so many other fruits..

I started my day with Carrot and Orange Juice.  With no sugar ofcoz..  Not bad... 
Later on I had one Kiwi which taste sour but I'm still ok with it..  
Around 6 something I feel a lil bit hungry already.. So I cut 1 Orange and 2 Kiwis.  To tell the truth.. I'm feeling so miserable.. I think this is so inhuman to treat myself this way.. My tongue only taste sour.  On the left and right of the tongue.  All sour!  I can't even finish the fruits but I force myself too and my mouth taste so URGHHH!!! So torturing.. I don even wanna eat anymore kiwis and oranges...  
I miss broccolis.. I miss king mushrooms!! I miss the taste of salt and pepper!!! Oh I feel so frustrated...

Night I went out for a while with my bf.. When I see my bf.. I burst out crying .. Coz I feel so pity.. And need ppl to pujuk me.. So my tears came out automatically ..  I think my bf 's pity of me or he's joking... He asked me if I wanna eat crab when we pass by a restaurant..  Tears engine went from medium to high!!  WaaAaaa!!!! Cried even more serious and loud!! Sohai!! I'm so emo!!

Went to buy watermelon coz I'm craving for sweet fruit..  Longan is ok too but no longans around..

My dinner : 1/4 watermelon.  Ahh so happy .. Finally I get to eat something which isn't sour..

Mood is back to normal

As im serious of making things happen this time, i googled to understand more..  


it's almost the same with the one i found on youtube except this person who manage this page really answer questions that people ask.. even after years!..

there's a NO fruit juice in the diet plan and i think i prefer fruits better in juice so i googled.. 

i see many ppl asking so many questions so i read answers instead.. and i found my question answered

[[its not that juices are bad , juices are great but they help you consume more food . Peeling and chewing allows you to spend more time and as a results you eat less . However if you wan't you can have orange juice.]]

Day 14. Just diet

It's groceries day with Louise.  No idea why there r lots of ppl at NSK today..  Need to queue to weighing counter..

After shopping for groceries went back to my place for breakfast lunch and movie. 

Breakfast : corn flakes.  It won't change til I finish the cereal or raisins.

Lunch : Miau Ba Thu ( some Thai local food that my sis in law usually eat ).
Although I don really fancy fish but I like de combination of the vege, fish, noodle and most important the homemade chilli..  

Dinner : macaroni and a glass of HL chocolate milk.  Macaroni with salt n pepper = boring.  Maybe I will put macaroni in my salad list.. To mix with broccoli.. Instead of having it as a main dish

Day 10. Gym and Diet

Cycling 30 minutes
Glute 17.5kg 15 x 3 sets
Seated leg curl 25kg 10 x 3 sets
Hip abduction(inner) 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Hip abduction(outer) 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Tricep press 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Tricep extension 15kg 10 x 3 sets
Abdominal 15kg 15 x 3 sets
Cycling 10 minutes

While I was cycling for finale, I told my bf I did a lot of exercise and he drew me this

Oh.. Good news.. My bf is going to diet together with me... So that means no heavy meals..  Unless its sharing.. 
So sometimes when we feel like eating something fattening we can still have it as we will b sharing it.  Yay

Day 9. Leisure walk day at the park

Louise say "let's jog tomorrow"
So there we are.. Jogging or shall I say walking leisurely, taking pics and videos..



after 30 minutes walk.. we went for breakfast..  well i think its my second round breakfast

Breakfast 
Cornflakes 
1030am 
2nd round .  Roti kosong and 2 sirap ais.

Was extremely sleepy so I took a nap for an hour or less while Louise is doing her own stuff.. 
We promised that we must do some exercise at home today so we did a short 7 minutes workout..

1600pm 
Lunch 
Broccoli salad as usual

2100pm
Dinner
Cornflake - half portion.

Day 3. Diet and Grocery Shopping

Muscle sure ache to the maximum..  I have the fear of sitting on the toilet seat.. My butt and legs were like URGHHH!!!

No gym today as planned.

1000am
Breakfast -  BERRI Tomato Juice.  So yummy I could drink only tomato juice the entire day.. Hmmm should try this someday when I'm not out and not going to the gym..


Went to NSK with Louise and her son for grocery shopping.  

Groceries i bought are for tomorrow's dinner..  Took pic with Louise's cart as its more full... Mine's the one on top of the grocery list.

Never weigh myself today.. Gonna do it tomorrow when I go to the gym with the same scale and no excuse for skipping the gym! I rested today and this weekend I'm going to ride!! Yay!! 

1500pm - Green Bean soup 2 small bowls
The same salad that I use to eat everyday except the broccoli is a lil bit over boiled today.. Yucks..

After Louise left at 6 pm .. I took a nap straight away til 2100pm.  Had my dinner at 2200pm..  2 slice of white bread skin and fried egg that my mom fried this morning..  And my favorite tomato juice.

It's nice and kinda fun sometimes to diet.. Especially when there's someone doing the same thing with you.  Diet and blogging together.

Day 2. Gym and a lil diet I think??

Ouch!!!! Pain in the butt and thigh..  Feeling so lazy.. But thinking twice .. It's only Day 2.. I can do it geh!!

1200pm 
Breakfast - kokocrunch and not long after that.. Roti canai .... Sigh... I said no to my mom but she then make it no oil.



1440pm. Gym

Cycling 30 minutes

Dumbbells :
2 arms tricep 15 x 3 sets
Bicep curl 15 x 3 sets
Tricep 15 x 3 sets ..
Starting to feel like dying everytime i raise the dumbbells !!

Ab crunch 15 x 3 sets
Sauna 7 minutes

63kg with clothes


2000pm
Dinner - 3 spoon of rice with a hard boiled egg and a bar of Mars chocolate
Then an hour later... 
A can of coke and 4 or 5 sticks of satay!!! (( what to do leh.. Sometimes will go out and eat with boyfriend one mar.. ))

My muscle really aches a lot today.. And tomorrow I think I'm gonna feel like dying..  So tomorrow I m going to have a day off the gym and will be going for grocery shopping with Louise.

Day 1. Gym and Diet

Breakfast - broccoli tomatoes crackers egg

1450pm to the gym
(While cycling, I played bingo and wechat with friends to distract myself from feeling bored cycling.  But concentrated on the machines)
Cycling 25 minutes
Tricep 15x 3 sets
Lunges 7x 3 sets
Tricep 12x 3 sets
Ab crunch 15 x 3 sets
Cycling 10 minutes
Sauna 5 minutes

63.5kg with clothes

2000pm
Dinner - a small bowl of chinese spinach and Mars chocolate bar.

Oh well.. It's my first day .. So a bar of Mars ok lah..  

Lets see how many days can I go like this..
